Logistics & CE Details

Where is the venue?

The event takes place in person at the Emerald Conference Center in Avon, Ohio. Closer to the event, you will receive the full venue address, parking notes, and arrival instructions.

What is your refund and/or transfer policy?

Registration is non-refundable. Tickets are fully transferable with written approval from Once Upon a Practice up to 30 days prior to the event. 

What do I need to do to meet the CE requirements?

To receive CE credit, you must attend the required training and complete the post-session steps. We’ll share the exact requirements at the start of the event so you know what to do and when.

When and how will I receive my CE certificate?

Certificates are delivered digitally after the event once attendance is verified and any required evaluation is completed. You’ll receive an email with your certificate download link or PDF.

Can I request accessibility accommodations?

To help us create the best possible experience for everyone, all registered attendees will receive an Attendee Registration Form after completing registration. This form allows you to let us know about any accessibility and accommodation needs, including mobility, hearing, vision, sensory, communication, or other requests. Please complete the form as soon as possible so we have enough time to review your needs and arrange reasonable accommodations whenever possible. While we cannot guarantee that every request can be met, we are committed to making our events as welcoming and accessible as we can.

After registering, all attendees will receive an Attendee Registration Form to collect important event details, including any dietary needs or food allergies.
