Regulated & Rested Cruise
A Neurodiversity-Affirming Retreat for Clinicians
Regulated & Rested is a 4 day continuing education experience designed for clinicians who work with, and often are, neurodivergent assigned female at birth individuals.
This retreat focuses on understanding ADHD and autistic experiences in AFAB individuals through a neurodiversity-affirming lens, with special attention to masking, hormonal influences, nervous system regulation, and clinical support.
Held at sea, this retreat creates space for learning and rest to coexist, because insight settles best in a regulated system.
Why “Regulated & Rested”?
Because neurodivergent women are often taught to push through, mask
harder, and recover later.
This retreat asks a different question:
What if regulation and rest were part of the work, not rewards for
surviving it?

What We'll Explore
This retreat centers the lived experiences of neurodivergent AFAB individuals, including both clients and clinicians, and provides practical, affirming tools to bring back into clinical practice.
Topics include:
• Neurodiversity-affirming conceptualization
• Understanding masking and its long-term impact on mental health and identity
• The intersection of hormones with ADHD and autism across the lifespan
• The unique ways burnout, trauma, and chronic stress show up in neurodivergent women
• Supporting regulation, capacity, and long-term sustainability — beyond productivity-focused models
• Clinical strategies that move beyond coping toward accommodation and support
This is not a “fix the client” model. It’s about working with neurodivergence, not against it.
